A Story of hard-working courageous, often ingenious men who set up a company and then gradually developed and enriched it with technologies and traditions.
The author is a Navy Officer "on loan" to the industry who established Officine Panerai in 1972 and managed it for thirty years. The book covers numerous patents, studies and projects and many significant products (even if those protected by military secrecy had to be left out), mostly developed for the Italian Navy from as early as World War 1
