INVICTA looses my watch!!!

I purchased a 35 jewel automatic from shopnbc. When the watch arrived, it was broken. It could not be wound to start the watch. I called shopnbc and I was told that they were out of the rose dial and if I wanted the same color, I could call Invicta and they would send me another. I called Invicta and talked to Liliana. She told me to send the watch to them and they would send me a replacement. I sent the watch UPS. (Thanks God for that)After several weeks I called them and I was told that they would check on it and call me back. This never happened. After two months I called and I was told that they had no record of receiving a watch from me. I gave them the UPS tracking number and they said they would check on it and call me the next day. They never called and after a week I called them again. I was told that they had received the watch and they didn't know where it was. I asked to speak to Mr. Lalo and I was told that he had gone to another building and that they would have him return my call the next business day. He never called. I wrote Mr. Lalo a letter and sent it to his home address. He never answered nor did he call. I called shopnbc and explained the situation and they said they would call Invicta. I then received a call from shopnbc stating that Invicta would call me on Monday and they never did. I received another call from shopnbc stating that a watch would be sent to me that day. I received another watch from Invicta. It apparently was another returned watch that was also broken. No plastic film on the watch, no papers, no instructions and no warranty card. Also no note or anything from them. The watch could not be set for the correct day. I took the watch to a local watch man and he said that the watch had problems. He was able to get the day set. However, the date wheels (large date complication) are not working correctly and the wheel that has the 1,2,3,0, flips between the numbers. In other words, this watch is also broken. I collect mostly automatic wristwatches and I know how to operate one. I am very, very unhappy with the manner in which Invicta has handled this problem. I am awaiting a call from shopnbc as to what to do about this problem. Shopnbc has been very helpful throughout this entire event. Invicta seems to think that they do not need to satisfy customers when a problem arrises. They have lost a customer. Beware if you need to send an Invicta back to them. Make sure you send it UPS and don't be shocked if they loose it and don't care...
