ESQ is the name the Esquire Watch Company (a Swiss Movado company), uses to identify it’s products and so you know what standard they bring to the piece – one of very high quality and elegance. This ESQ is a beautiful piece of jewelry that combines the best elements of dress and sport watches. They accomplish this with several nice touches; the pseudo coin edge diver’s bezel trimmed in gold, the beautifully textured linen-like dial with gold hands and markings, a gold crown with a blue gemstone (type unknown), a clean looking stainless steel bracelet trimmed with gold, and a relatively thin case.that fits comfortably under a long-sleeved shirt or jacket I bought this watch during a period when I was buying up everything in sight and now need to trim down a bit to accommodate my storage case. It has only been worn once and the back is slightly scratched from a battery change I had to make (don’t know why a new watch would need a battery right away – must’ve been in storage). This is why I rate it at 95% rather than “new”. The bracelet is sized to my 7-inch wrist but the removed links can be added back and will be provided.
