TOP five countries for Fraud countries are Yugoslavia, Nigeria, Romania, Pakistan and Indonesia...from over 8% to over 13% for
Yugoslavia. The second five to round out the TOP ten are Macedonia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Lebanon and Lithania...from just under 6% to over 9% for Macedonia. The USA percent is 1.7%!!!
NO enforcement agencies, at the present time, can stop this internet fraud!

the author suggest wire transfer only for foreign trade, if the high fee of escrow is not taken into consideration, is escrow safe/good enough for trades ? For those who had used escrow, any ideas on what would happen if the buyer made a switch and "rejected" the item ?
