SKW's business is just regular FRAUD

Hi! I'd like to inform you about one of your watch seller. ILM GROUP company with website www.skw.net. In October I paid about $8600 for Girard Perregaux "Retour En Vol" Automatic Chronograph Series-MOD. GP 007 http://www.skw.net/watch.php?model=MOD.+GP+007 It was an excellent communication before I transferred money to their Bank Account . Since then I only received one letter in the middle of November: "Dear mr. Apriatin, Thank you for your e-mail. Our watchmaker was not satisfied with the accuracy of the watch. He is checking it. We will inform you ASAP when we will ship the watch by Express. Thank you for your understanding and for your patience. Kind regards. Linda Meyer - sales". I have all paperwork including all correspondence with www.skw.net . Right now they keep silence to my letters, faxes and American attorney's request. By all this I assume this company's business is just regular FRAUD.
