Rolex Oyster Perpetual "Day-Date" Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, Reference 18048. Serial is 9,178,xxx. Center-seconds, automatic, single quick, water-resistant, tonneau-shaped, 18K yellow gold and diamond bezel man's wristwatch with day and date plus the Rolex designer dial, screwed-down case back and crown, sapphire crystal with "Cyclops" lens. Movement is a caliber 3055, rhodium-plated, 'fausses-côtes' decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatues and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. The case and movement are signed. Diameter is 36 mm.
