Rolex 18k Submariner Reference 16808 with EXTREMELY RARE 'Nipple' Dial. This is the FIRST version of the 'Transitional' model which included the original Rolex Black dial plus, at that time, the new Rolex sapphire crystal as is now on all Submariners. It also has quick-set for the date movement and is automatic. Black bezel plus a full size 18k Rolex Oyster bracelet with Rolex locking Deployant, serial is 8,100,xxx. Dial, case and movement are signed. Diameter is 40 mm.
