Yes; I was very disappointed with this company. After returning a watch which was marginally outside the 7 day return policy (from HI. > Arkansas!), the seller charged me $350!!!! - when the watch I ordered as an exchange arrived it was D.O.A. although advertised as 'mint' - needless to say this watch too was returned. And although seller demands certified checks/money orders, his refunds are normal checks which take normal clearing periods. As a follow up, I noted on his site that the first watch I originally returned, (and was charged $350 for that privelege), was later sold at the ORIGINAL PRICE I PAID. But, when I requested my $350 back (after all, no harm was done the seller, and I paid ALL SHIPPING), I received rude and dismissive resonses, but not the money. I'd avoid this seller.
