The seller did not deliver dispite numerous e-mails to them. Paypal accepted a complaint against them but did not refund my $$$. PayPal wrote on September 8, 2003...
'Unfortunately, Paypal was not able to resolve this dispute because the item purchased was virtual or intangible.'
Paypal continues to process credit card charges for OneClick and OneClick continues to sell their services with a full guarantee.
OneClick continues to send e-mails to me and advertises
their services on the internet too!
SO...I was ripped for $129.95 because I relied on Paypal.
BE VERY CAREFUL OUT THERE!
