Two time zones, 18K White gold, three crowns, 18K White gold Patek tang buckle. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped ribbed bezel, straight lugs, sapphire crystal, the crown at 3 sets time and winding, the pushbuttons at 8 and 10 adjust the local hour hand for different time zones. Dial is White with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dials for the seconds at 6 and 24-hours for the second time zone at 12. Patek movement is a caliber 215/156, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement are signed. Diameter is 34 mm x 8mm thick.
