Patek Philippe Reference 2460 made in 1954. CENTER SECONDS, rare & collectible 18K Pink Gold. Movement is caliber 27-SC, 18 jewels, movement 703,xxx, case 670203, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, shock-absorber, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, swanneck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diameter is 32 mm and 10 mm thick.
