Patek Philippe 18k Gold Ellipse Reference 3948 With Blue Starburst Dial!
Patek Philippe, Ladies Ellipse Reference 3948. Produced in the 1980's, smaller oval shape, 18K with an 18K Patek tang buckle.
Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, hidden lugs. Dial is starburst Blue with applied yellow gold indexes, auxiliary seconds dial. "Dauphine" yellow gold hands. The movement is a caliber 215, Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dimensions are 27 mm x 32 mm.
