Patek Philippe "Ellipse d'Or", Reference 3738. Produced in the 1980's, Fine oval, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold bracelet in medium length.
Two-body, solid, polished, hidden lugs. Movement is caliber 240, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Giromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, mobile stud bearer, 22K gold micro-rotor mounted on ball bearings, mono-directional winding. Dial, case and movement are signed. Dimensions are 31 mm x 35 mm.
