Ouch! Yeah he is for sure an artist. Long ago I/we too have had some serious issues with that Dave from Singapore. It is pity that Dave character acts this way and has been at it for a long time, because usually most guys in Singapore are terrific.
Anyway to cut a story short, I/we ended up flying to Singapore, and chase the man... and our story ended up good in the end.
My advice to you is to either make it to Singapore or contact the Singaporean Police. Ask for the chief of Police if he is the same person he will know exactly who you are talking about. Also know that that Dave use to have a shop in Singapore, he sells some Ferrari memorabilia and stuff!
