Given their growth lately something needs to suffer and regrettably it seems to be service. In order to get anything done down in Florida you need to be well versed in their preferred form of communication - telepathy. From what I read on the WUS Invicta forum their quality control is really deteriorating. Not surprising since the origin of many of their watches is highly suspect and is probably put out by many of the same factories in China that are doing replicas. Good luck and do not let them off the hook. The implied warranty is a watch that works and nothing less. Go get'em.
