Markus and Bettina are the VERY best! This was my 3rd or 4th transaction with Silvermagic, and they once again were absolutely flawless. Markus and Bettina represent the "Platinum Standard" of service -- don't hesitate to use them. I'm in the US and they're in Switzerland, and it's usually less trouble getting things from them than from US dealers!
