FS – Swiss Pronto Automatic – ISA 2824-25

I had never heard of the Pronto watch brand either, but bought it on the strength of the popular ISA 2824 25 jewel movement and wasn’t disappointed. The black silicon band is signed with the letters I.W. – I’m not sure whether this means that it was a line produced by the International Watch Co. (IWC) or not. At any rate, this is an attractive watch in stainless steel with a white dial, day/date complications, sapphire glass, and a screw-on display back revealing the attractive gold decorated ISA movement. It shows very little, if any, wear and was just serviced by my watchmaker. I rotate most of my watches daily and so this one has seen little wear – it’s at least 90% and is an accurate timekeeper. The back and strap deployment have very minor scratches.
