Audemars Piguet 18k Quantieme Perpetual Calendar Moon Automatic With Display Reverse!

Rare self-winding, 36 jewel Quantieme Perpetual Calendar, eight movement adjustments, reverse displayed through Sapphire crystal.  Dark Brown Crocodile strap with 18k Audemars tang buckle. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed case, stepped bezel, curved lugs, sapphire crystals face and reverse display.

Dial is White with applied yellow gold baton indexes each 5 minutes, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, the week, the months, sector graduation for the age of the moon, aperture for the moon phases, outer minute division.

This is the later 'last of the handbuilt' reference BA 2566A with Audemars 21C showing with the sapphire crystal display reverse. This is their period collectible from the late 1980's after all modifications and improvements. Please ONLY compare pricing with this best handbuilt reference with the sapphire reverse display! This is number 2 cannot be duplicated and probably is the lowest available as the number 1 may be in the Audemars Piguet museum!  

Rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 36 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 21K gold rotor segment automatic winding movement. The dial, case and movement are signed. Has the Audemars Quantieme Perpetual instruction book, Audemars gold setting pin & import paperwork from Europe to
the USA. Diameter is 36 mm x 8 mm thick.
