This individual has entered into eight agreements to trade watches over the past month and a half. He has been sent watches by each individual he has solicited for a trade and has failed to send out any of the watches he agreed to. Be careful in any dealings with this individual. He goes by mosseyman@hotmail.com. Complaints have been filed with the FBI Internet Fraud Division and with the United States Postal Service. Some of the individuals who have been apparently defrauded by this individual have banded together and will continue to seek a legal resolution to this issue regardless of how long it takes.
